Appointments are subject to availability. 1.2 Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 2. Service Pricing and Payment 2.1 Pricing: Service prices may vary based on the type of vehicle, the services requested, and location. You will be provided with an estimate before the appointment, and the final price will be confirmed upon inspection of your vehicle. 2.2 Payment: We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. 3. Service Details 3.1 Scope of Work: We will perform the services agreed upon during the booking process. The scope of work may include interior and exterior detailing, washing, waxing, polishing, and other related services. 3.2 Vehicle Condition: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a condition that allows us to perform the services effectively and safely. This includes ensuring that the vehicle is accessible and free from any hazards. The Customer must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the service begins. Failure to do so may result in an extra dirt fee of $30. 3.3 Liability: While we take utmost care during our services, we are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuable items before the appointment. We will take reasonable care when servicing the vehicle but is not liable for any damage to the vehicle or its contents, unless such damage is a direct result of negligence on the part of the company. The Customer is responsible for informing the company of any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before the service begins. 4. Warranty 4.1 Quality Assurance: We strive for the highest quality in our services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. 5. Privacy Policy 5.1 Data Collection: We may collect and store personal information for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
